In order to book a place for a training, it is necessary to fill in the web page registration form and accept the cost by an authorized person. The booking confirmation will be sent by email.
The training participant is obliged to pay for the training within 30 days from the date issued on the training invoice or due to the failure to comply with the training cancelation conditions (unless otherwise stated).
The cancellation within 10 working days before the training start date will not cause any additional fee. Full payment will be returned. The cancellation after 10 days will impose a contractual penalty which is 50% of the regular training price. If the payment had been made, then 50% of the amount would be refunded. Cancelation within less than 5 working days before the training start date will cause full amount charge (100%). If the payment had been made then the amount would not be returned.
In case of training date change or the cancelation Substance Analyst Zenon Hibner will return the entire payment or the payment will be transferred to the next training (according to the participant will).
After the training, every participant will receive a personal certificate of attendance to prove the qualification.
All training prices on the website are exclusive of VAT.
