Terms of Use for the Request Center System Trial (DEMO) Version
This Terms of Use governs the use of the Request Center system trial (DEMO) version, owned by Substance Analyst Zenon Hibner (hereinafter: “Owner”).
§1. Nature of the DEMO Version
1. The DEMO version of the Request Center system is provided solely for demonstration, presentation, and testing purposes.
2. Use of the DEMO version for actual operational activities, processing real business, production, commercial, or confidential data is strictly prohibited.
§2. Access Period
3. Access to the DEMO version is temporary and will automatically expire after the agreed period (typically 7 to 30 calendar days from the first account activation).
4. Upon expiration of the trial period, access to the system will be immediately and permanently blocked, without the possibility of extending the same DEMO instance.
§3. Access Credentials
5. Login credentials (email/login and temporary password) will be sent in a separate email.
6. The URL to the DEMO instance will be provided in a separate email. Users are required to check their SPAM/Junk/Promotions folders if the message does not appear in the main inbox.
§4. Scope of Functionality
7. The DEMO version includes the full functionality corresponding to the production version, including, but not limited to: Administration Center, editing of all fields, My Defaults, File Library, system notifications, data exports, and bulk imports from Excel files.
8. The DEMO version is compatible with IMDS Generator software.
9. Users with an Administrator account have the right to configure the system within the limits of the provided instance.
10. The number of Administrator accounts in the DEMO version is limited to a maximum of two (2).
§5. Data Entered into the System
11. The Owner is not responsible for data entered by the User while using the DEMO version.
12. Data entered during testing is temporary and will not be stored after the trial period ends.
13. At the end of the DEMO period, all data will be permanently deleted.
14. It is prohibited to enter any data that constitutes trade secrets, personal data, actual part numbers, IMDS/CAMDS codes, confidential information, sensitive data, or any other information whose disclosure may violate the law.
§6. Infrastructure and Responsibility
15. The DEMO instance operates on the Owner’s infrastructure (virtual environment).
16. The Owner is not responsible for lack of access to the DEMO version due to limitations on the User’s side (firewall, proxy, VPN, security software, network policies, etc.).
17. Troubleshooting connectivity issues is the responsibility of the User.
§7. Final Provisions
18. The Owner reserves the right to immediately block access to the DEMO version in case of violation of these Terms of Use.
19. Use of the DEMO version does not create any licensing rights or claims for continued use of the system after the trial period.
20. Continued use of the Request Center system is only possible under a valid, paid production license.
21. All rights to the Request Center software, including source code, architecture, functionality, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of Substance Analyst Zenon Hibner.
